Directions to: St.James Church, Church Lane, Hebden Bridge. HX7 6DS

Coming from Leeds, Manchester or Liverpool: Leave the M62. At J24 (signed Halifax and Elland – possibly Huddersfield as well) Follow signs to Sowerby Bridge then Burnley until you come into Hebden Bridge. Continure straight ahead into Hebden Bridge centre on the Burnley Rd, to the main Traffic Lights. (You’ll have passed Hebden Bridge ‘Picture House’ cinema, on your left. Go straight through the lights and carry on for about 800yds or until you see the CO-OP Supermarket on your left. Continue straight on the Burnley Road which now ascends uphill – keep going till you come to a set of traffic lights on the brow of the hill – go straight on downhill and after approx. 600yds from the traffic lights you’ve just passed through, look out for a road on the right called: Church Lane. Turn right into Church Lane and continue up the hill for approx 500 yds. till you see St. James Church on your right. Park anywhere you can and then enter the Church via the main entrance. By train from Leeds - you can get a train direct from Leeds to Hebden Bridge, or from Manchester, Victoria to Hebden Bridge. Just come out of the station in Hebden Bridge and follow the above directions. The walk from the station would take approx. 30mins.
